Around the world the distraction of staff holiday planning is a problem for most businesses, big or small managing that so innocent sounding staff requirement of their legal entitlement is in fact one of the biggest headaches managers and owners deal with on a daily basis. Having built a local application to deal with this very issue for a depot of a large multi-national, X:drive decided it would make it's own web based offering in the form of WhosOff.com. Taking the local based system online took many months of programming resulting in it's launch in July 2006.
As a FREE service we were sensitive to providing an application that delivered sufficient functionality and features and yet was intuitively simple to use. WhosOff has avoided the temptations to become something other than the leave planner it was designed to be and has been taken up around the world.

Over the past year and a half WhosOff has been delicately tweaked to refine its delivery with its online community embracing its simplicity by requesting reasoned and minor tweaks to the now well established intuitive interface. Larger features such as super reporting in the form of yearly breakdown reports for each and every member of staff right through to bulk update screens to assist in year end and/or new year procedures have helped users large and small alike. We have had reports of managers approving holiday from Australia for London based staff to some departments in the biggest companies in the world circuming to the speed accuracy and simplicity of WhosOff.com.
Whilst existing users embrace the service in it's current form, there is clearly a desire for MORE. WhosOff does not intend to dissapoint during 2008 with investment intending to outstrip anything to date WhosOff intends to end this year as a clear leader and premier provider of online staff holiday planning.
