Chris Godby, proprietor, of Doble Monk Butler, approached us to solve his paper based systems. We looked at everything from his order taking process through to invoicing and combined the two into one, easy-to-use, MS Access database system. Taking and tracking orders, producing sales analysis and general reporting became easy and just a by product of processing the orders through the system. Based on the success of the initial system, Mr Godby then contracted us to produce an effective marketing leads analysis programme and has continued to enhance the system as his business has grown over the years.
