Xdrive API provides central connector to Love Digital TV new website

In a case of “What lies beneath” X:drive have been working with the lead developers of the new site (Rockpool Digital) to provide a connection from the website to the live ordering system based at Love Digital TVs head office. This has been achieved via an API service developed by X:drive to allow the developers to interact with the live ordering and booking systems to push and pull information according to customers interaction and to pass through order details to the live system allowing Love Digital to assign an engineer to orders within minutes if they are required.
This streamlined process has been produced in order to give customers of Love Digital a better experience in terms of purchasing equipment and having an engineer booking within the same transaction, quite simple, you buy and choose when you want it installed* rather than on some sites where you get general dates, or the “usually within 14 days” for installation.
