Synopsis
In order to provide their clients (home buyers/sellers, estate agents and housing associations) with access to published HIPs documentation, HSA Law worked closely with X:drive to deliver a secure portal to allow individual HIP details to be accessed as well as bulk downloading, thus reducing their carbon footprint as well as delivering instantaneous results to their clients.
Each Estate Agent or Housing Association accessing the secure area is able to look up grouped HIPs packs as well as seeing their area customised with their own identity.
Offline Integration
Whilst developing the online solution to the HSA Law hosting account, X:drive developers worked closely with the in-house support team to integrate the system into the existing case management system employed. This allows for each member of staff within HSA to access the online HIPs area for a particular client with one click of the mouse, without the need to supply login details.
